The SICEF

The Engineering, Construction and Operating Company of the Ferromobile (SICEF) has been founded in January 2021 to carry out the development and operation of the Ferromobile.

It coordinates all the organization of the consortium and the different steps of the project.

Arnaud Montebourg is the president of SICEF and Jules-Henri Morel is the CEO.
