Automated road-rail car
Ferromobile is an innovative vehicle
Bimodal Road-Rail : An innovative rail guidance system allows it to travel on railway tracks
Automated: It operates in automatic mode on rails (similar to automated metro systems)
Safe by Design: Safety is our priority. The Ferromobile combines the best of both the automotive and railway worlds: it is a "safe by design" vehicle that meets all the passive and active safety requirements of road vehicles, within the secure and prioritized environment of the rail system.
The vehicle is designed with access for people with reduced mobility.
Transport modalities
Ferromobile is adapted to the needs of rural areas
Optimal transport capacity for fine service lines: 8 people max
Flexible: Thanks to the intelligent traffic and fleet management system, the Ferromobile can operate :
- On a fixed schedule with reduced waiting times
- On-demand, like an uber ride

How does it work ?
« Hubs » (stations) in each city along the rail tracks : places to enter or leave the tracks
The passenger takes the wheel on the road
Ferromobile is automatic on the tracks with respect of the railway standards i.e : EN50126, EN50128 and EN50129
Ferromobiles are alone on the tracks : tracks are not shared with trains
