1. REGISTRATION

Only one registration for the site’s services is allowed per individual.
Users are assigned a login ID allowing them to access an area reserved for their use (hereinafter “Personal Account”), in addition to entering their password.
The login ID and password can be changed online by the user in their Personal Account. The password is personal and confidential, and the user undertakes not to disclose it to third parties.
FERROMOBILE reserves the right, in any event, to refuse a registration request for its services in the event of the user’s failure to comply with the provisions of these General Terms of Use.

2. UNSUBSCRIBING

Registered users may at any time request to unsubscribe by going to the dedicated page in their Personal Account. Unsubscribing from the site will take effect immediately once the user has completed the form provided for this purpose.

ARTICLE 8. LIABILITY

The publisher is only responsible for content that it has itself published.
The publisher is not liable:
For any technical, IT-related issues or malfunctions, or compatibility issues between the site and any hardware or software whatsoever;
For any direct or indirect, material or immaterial, foreseeable or unforeseeable damages resulting from the use of, or difficulties in using, the site or its services;
For the intrinsic characteristics of the Internet, particularly those relating to the lack of reliability and security of information circulating through it;
