The FLEXMOVE consortium

In order to develop the whole system around the Ferromobile, SICEF gathered in 2021 a consortium composed of AKKA Technologies, Alstom, Systra, the Gustave Eiffel University, Entropy and the Occitanie Region.

The project as a whole, at the center of which is the Ferromobile, is called the « FLEXMOVE project »: the Ferromobile is the road-to-rail vehicle that has been developed and used for this more global project.

In 2022, the FLEXMOVE project was awarded substantial funding from the French government, as a part of the France 2030 investment plan.
