Arnaud Montebourg

President

Former Minister of the Economy, Arnaud Montebourg brings a detailed knowledge of the challenges of mobility in rural areas.

Former president of the departmental council of Saône-et-Loire, he knows the reality on the ground: public authorities spend large sums on mobility services which attendance is often low and the flexibility insufficient.

He founded Les Equipes du Made in France in order to get involved in projects to enhance the economy of the territories.

Its commitment to SICEF is a continuation of its activities to promote French know-how and innovation with the Made in France teams.

Jules-Henri Morel

Jules-Henri Morel

CEO

Jules Morel is the CEO and co-founder of the SICEF. His role is global and goes from strategic decisions to operations and finance. He intends to lead from the first to the final mile this incredible adventure which will revolutionize public transports as we know them.

Jules graduated from both ESSEC Business School’s master in management and from the ESM Saint-Cyr.

Luc Dananchy

Railway Expert

Luc DANANCHY has a master’s degree in Software Engineering and Parallel Algorithm. He has more than 20 years of experience in software engineering and innovation and more than 10 years in Railways, where he initiated the digitalization of ETCS deployment study in support to INFRABEL.

He is currently the CTO of AKKA Benelux, in charge of Research and Innovation, and an expert in Digital Transformation.

Luc is one of the major architects of our road-to-rail technology and Flexmove Shuttle System. He is now SICEF’s railway subject matter expert.

Luc Marbach

Luc Marbach

Board Advisor

Luc Marbach graduated from the Centrale Paris engineering school and now has 37 years of experience in the automotive sector.

Within the PSA Group, he has been the project director of 207 and DS5 cars before he was appointed as the man in charge of all global programs of premium vehicles.

After his PSA years, he went to VEDECOM (the research institute on electric cars, autonomous vehicles and future mobilities) as CEO for 2 years. He is now president of the Automobile Engineers Association (SIA).

Luc joined the SICEF team as a senior advisor on all automobile and mobilities issues, and brings his experience to carry out the development of the Ferromobile

François Fenal

Vehicle Development Manager

François Fenal is an automobile engineer who also graduated from an MBA in innovation, entrepreneurship and sustainable business. 

He has more than 20 years of experience in car development programs: he contributed to the making of dozens of concept cars, mass-produced vehicles and research vehicles for Venturi Renault Sport, Alpine, Renault, VEDECOM Tech and the Queensland University of Technology. He has been in charge of the development of the Smart & Twingo EV, as well as the autonomous vehicle ZOE2QUT.

He joined the SICEF adventure in early 2023 to be in charge of the whole development of our vehicle, including the development of the road-to-rail and autonomous systems.

Etienne Duféÿ

Business Manager

Etienne Duféÿ graduated from ESSEC Business School’s master in management.

He works at the headquarters of AKKA Technologies in Brussels since 2021 as global business manager for the railway and automotive activities of the group.

Aside of his commercial activities at AKKA, Etienne joined the FLEXMOVE project as chief of staff to Jules Morel with whom he works closely on the global development of the SICEF.
